I've always been fascinated by human nature, by the beautiful diversity of us all while we are each unique.  We also have common connections - love and relationships, career aspirations, passions and dreams.  As is often the case I got lost in the everyday mechanics of life and only when I went through a series of bad experiences did I realise it was time for me to walk my talk. Be who I am, with my qualities but also my vulnerabilities - in my job, with my friends, family and everyone I met.

 

And I discovered that once you focus on BEING then what you DO takes on a purpose in a very natural and organic way.

 

After a career as senior manager in the social field, I am now a Life Coach for individuals and Organisational Development Coach for NGOs and SMEs.
